Job Description

Order placement of RM like Grinding Tools and Dressing sticks for SGPP based on inventory levels.
Purchase of RMs: Fire rated Tapes, Steel profiles, Door accessories - AFFL
Identify and source MRO materials, including spare parts, tools, safety equipment, and consumables required for the maintenance and operation of SGPP and AFFL plant.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production delays or equipment downtime.
Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels of MRO items.
Track and analyze MRO spending to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Reduction of purchase spend through Annual rate contract for Type C materials.
PR to PO TAT adherence.
Timely GRN and Vendor Payments
Digital Purchasing (E-Tools-RFx, Vendor Evaluation, E-Auctions)
Handling of Import shipments
