Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title: Testing Lead

Function/ Department: Information Technology.

Job Purpose: As a Technology Lead at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for leading the Engineering team and driving the development and integration of Microservices for our new age banking solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement APIs that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain robust, reusable and scalable test automation frameworks for Web, API, Kafka
Hands-on experience in Performance testing.
Hands-on experience with Core Java, Selenium and Testing.
Create and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression and end-to-end testing.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution during builds and deployments.
Use Git for version control, ensuring proper branching, merging and repository management.
Plan, design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Analyze test results, identify bugs and work closely with developers for timely resolution.
Mentor junior QA engineers in automation practices, tools and frameworks.
Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
