JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the delivery of automation testing initiatives using TOSCA. Involve in planning, execution, and reporting of automated test cycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, SMEs, and development teams to implement robust automation solutions

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Test Planning & Execution Develop automation test plans and oversee execution using TOSCA and Selenium WebDriver.
Team Coordination Lead a team of automation testers and SMEs. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Integration & Reporting Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines). Generate and analyze test reports for stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize automation coverage and improve efficiency.
AI-Infused Testing Solutions

Implement AI-based test prioritization and risk-based testing approaches.
Collaborate with architects to adopt AI-powered defect prediction and intelligent test execution.
Drive pilot initiatives for AI-enabled automation tools within the team.
