You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the automation strategies align with the overall project goals and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members in best practices for automated testing.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of various automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results to provide actionable insights.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
