Claidroid Technologies is hiring experienced Test Analysts to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End testing for large, business-critical insurance platforms.

This role is suited for professionals with strong insurance domain expertise and hands-on testing experience in enterprise environments.

Role Overview

As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for executing UAT and functional testing, ensuring systems meet signed-off business requirements and documented processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Test Leads, and development teams throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End testing activities
• Analyze business requirements and prepare high-quality test cases
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
• Perform functional and web-based testing across applications
• Log, track, and validate defect fixes using JIRA
• Participate in test reviews, defect triage, and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and information security standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Test Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience in UAT and Functional Testing
• Excellent Insurance domain knowledge (Products, Claims, Finance, Payments)
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to test automation tools (UFT/QTP, Selenium, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
• Insurance certifications such as BOI, COGI, ACOGI(E)
• ISTQB / Agile Tester certification
