Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Anantapur. The individual will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, managing distribution networks, training sales teams, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries to maintain successful partnerships.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Service expertise and an ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in Sales Training and mentoring team members to improve performance.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and act on market opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Anantapur and travel as required within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
