Job Description – Tender Executive

Location: Hitex Road, Shilpa Hills, Hyderabad
Job Summary: Looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering
activities and secure new projects across construction, infrastructure & logistics.

Key Responsibilities: - Track tenders, RFQs (Request for Quotation) & RFPs (Request for Proposal) -
Evaluate requirements & scope - Coordinate with teams to prepare bids - Draft & finalize technical &
commercial proposals - Ensure compliance & maintain tender database - Follow up with clients for
clarifications & negotiations - Support pricing, cost estimation & risk assessment - Prepare reports on
tender status & pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Business or related field - 2–5 yrs
experience in tendering/bidding for construction/infrastructure/transport - Strong knowledge of RFP/
RFQ handling - Excellent communication, negotiation & documentation skills - Ability to meet deadlines
under pressure - Strong analytical & organizational skills
