Doon Digital Learning is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Interns who can communicate with students and parents and help them understand our educational services and courses.

This internship is a 3-month training program, after which candidates will be offered performance-based paid opportunities.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents
• Provide information about our courses and services
• Guide students regarding course details and admission process
• Follow up with interested leads
• Maintain basic records of calls and inquiries
• Support the admissions team in converting leads

• First 3 Months: Training & skill development (communication + sales training)
• After Training: Paid opportunity based on performance and conversions

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Confident speaking on phone
• Basic understanding of computer and internet
• Interest in sales, marketing, or education sector
