Hiring Real Estate Sales Telecallers 📲

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller who understands property calling, client coordination, and lead qualification not just dialing numbers.

If you have hands-on experience handling real estate projects, site visit coordination, and buyer follow-ups, we’d like to connect.

Role Responsibilities:
• Calling and following up with property leads
• Explaining project details clearly and professionally
• Qualifying leads based on budget, location & requirements
• Coordinating site visits and client appointments
• Maintaining call records and lead status

Requirements:
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling (mandatory)
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Familiarity with property terminology and buyer psychology
• Ability to work with targets and follow-up cycles

📍 Location: Bhubaneswar Only
💼 Experience: Real estate calling background preferred
📩 Salary: As per market standards + performance incentives
