Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients with the goal of generating leads, building customer relationships, and promoting products or services. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, maintaining data records of customer interactions, following up with prospects, and providing excellent customer service to support sales efforts. The role may also involve handling customer feedback and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal fluency and active listening
  • Ability to accurately document customer information and interactions
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with time management and organizational skills
  • Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or higher education qualification
