Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Telesales Specialist. The responsibilities include engaging with potential clients through calls to provide information about our offerings, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and addressing any customer inquiries. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer support and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.

Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Service and Customer Support to provide high-quality assistance and relationship management
- Proficiency in Communication and Sales to effectively interact with clients and achieve sales objectives
- Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions and a willingness to participate in Training sessions to enhance skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in telesales or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in English; additional knowledge of regional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
