Job Description

Basic knowledge of VLAN architecture and cloud applications.

Desirable knowledge and/or practice with virtualization technologies, Windows Server management and basic knowledge of MS SQL Server.

Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills set;

Ability to conduct verbal and written communication with clients;

Demonstrates problem analysis and a degree of autonomy in solution finding practices and decision making.

Being able to interact and work in collaborative group with other service/support groups.
