Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter specializing in Data Science recruitment to join our team. This remote role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent in the field of data science and related technical domains. The Technical Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Regular activities include networking, screening candidates, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified professionals to meet the hiring needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting with a focus on data science, Machine learning models, Python programming language
• Exceptional Communication skills, including strong interpersonal and written abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of current market trends and hiring best practices in technical fields
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
