About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Technical Recruiter with strong experience in IT Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to support large enterprise and consulting portfolios.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment and has exposure to Tier-1 consulting clients.

If you understand IT skills deeply, can close niche requirements, and are confident managing stakeholders — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H requirements across technologies

🔹 Work on mandates for enterprise / consulting clients such as Big Four portfolios

🔹 Source, screen, and close candidates across IT skill clusters (Cyber, Cloud, ERP, Data, DevOps, etc.)

🔹 Understand C2H nuances – rates, tenure, conversion expectations, and client SLAs

🔹 Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand technical & business needs

🔹 Maintain strong candidate engagement from sourcing through onboarding

🔹 Manage multiple high-priority requirements with tight TATs

🔹 Ensure compliance with hiring processes, documentation, and vendor guidelines

Mandatory Skills & Experience

✅ 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience, mandatory C2H hiring exposure

✅ Strong understanding of IT technologies & skill mapping

✅ Experience hiring for large consulting / system integrator clients

✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and active sourcing

✅ Ability to work on volume + niche requirements simultaneously

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Comfortable working in metrics-driven delivery models

Good to Have

✨ Exposure to Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, or Digital transformation roles

✨ Experience working with MSP / Vendor Management environments

✨ Prior experience supporting global or multi-location hiring
