Role Description
We’re building Metadome with a small, high‑conviction team.
Metadome builds agentic AI systems for enterprise Service & Training — software that runs inside real workflows, not slides or demos.
We work closely with industry leaders in the US who have:
- Run billion‑dollar businesses
- Scaled enterprise operations across manufacturing and industrial ecosystems
- Built products used by thousands of frontline teams
This isn’t advisory theater — they are deeply involved in how we build and scale.
We are now hiring a Product Manager to lead our Service & Training platform.
This is a high‑ownership role where you will own the product end‑to‑end, define how AI agents behave across complex enterprise data, work directly with engineers, customers, and US‑based industry experts, and ship production systems with measurable outcomes.
- Own the Service & Training platform end‑to‑end
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with enterprise use cases
- Translate customer workflows into scalable agentic product capabilities
- Define AI agent behaviors across enterprise workflows and data environments
- Structure requirements for multi‑agent orchestration, knowledge, and automation
- Work with engineering to ship reliable production AI systems
- Work directly with enterprise customers and US‑based industry experts
- Understand service, training, and operational workflows in industrial contexts
- Validate product direction through real deployments and feedback
- Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features to production
- Own release outcomes, adoption, and product performance
- Drive rapid iteration in a high‑accountability startup environment
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Experience shipping production products with measurable customer impact
- Exposure to AI, automation, workflow, or data‑driven systems is a strong plus
- Strong product thinking and structured problem solving
- Ability to translate complex workflows into product requirements
- Comfort working with technical teams on system design and architecture
- High ownership and accountability mindset
- Comfortable working in small, fast‑moving teams
- Ability to work directly with customers and senior industry stakeholders
- End‑to‑end ownership of a core enterprise AI platform
- Direct collaboration with US industry leaders and enterprise customers
