- Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and offer negotiations.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- 1-3 years in technical recruitment in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed.
- Understand IT/tech roles and hiring trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions under tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions and offers.
- Proficiency in ATS and HR tools is a plus.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
