Job Description

Data Governance SME (Azure Purview)

Role Coverage: Governance definition, tooling, enforcement, compliance

Responsibilities

Define enterprise data governance framework and operating model
Configure Azure Purview for metadata, classification, and lineage
Define and enforce data quality rules, CDEs, and certification criteria
Implement PII tagging, sensitivity labels, and policy enforcement
Enable lineage across ADF, Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools
Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
