We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead to manage daily operations, guide team members, and ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational understanding, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve performance targets
• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and track performance
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and timelines
• Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in team handling / operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Experience in logistics / operations / supply chain (preferred for Enlog)
• Knowledge of CRM or project management tools
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
