Job Description

As a Physical Education Teacher (PET), you will be placed in a school and play a key role in implementing the Sportathon Foundation’s sports-integrated curriculum. You will ensure regular sports sessions, promote inclusive participation, support life skills development, and build a safe, joyful play culture for all children.

Locations: Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured physical education and sports sessions as per the curriculum.
Ensure activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and engaging for all students.
Promote life skills, teamwork, and gender equity through sports activities.
Track and monitor student participation, engagement, and skill development regularly.
Organize intra-school games, fitness assessments, and sports events.
Build positive relationships with students, school staff, and parents.
Support the training and mentoring of youth volunteers or assistant coaches.
Manage and maintain sports equipment, ensuring proper usage and availability.
Maintain accurate attendance records, session logs, and submit regular progress reports.
Ensure safety, discipline, and sportsmanship during all sessions and activities.
Collaborate with school stakeholders to support the success of the program.
