Targeting Officer/Targeter
Location: McLean/Dulles (fully on-site, no remote option)
**MUST HAVE A POLY CLEARANCE TO APPLY**
Bespoke Technologies is actively seeking Targeting Officers with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages.
Responsibilities
- Review specialized data for intelligence leads
- Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
- Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
- Use customer collection platforms to identify and reduce intelligence gaps in the pursuit of tactics and operations.
- Create, read, and process all-source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reports from all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
Basic Qualifications
- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance; candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualified
- Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
- Prior experience in supporting national security operations
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully

- Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
- Experience supporting senior decision makers
Required Qualifications
- Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree
