About the Role

A fast-growing digital talent management agency is looking for an entry-level Talent Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and development of creators and influencers. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is passionate about the creator economy and wants to build a long-term career in talent management.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the coordination of brand campaigns and partnerships for digital talent
• Building clear, client-ready decks and presentations (portfolio required)
• Assisting with project management across multiple campaigns and timelines
• Liaising with influencers, managers, and brand partners
• Supporting talent appearances, activations, and events
• Tracking deliverables, timelines, and campaign logistics

What We’re Looking For

• Strong deck-building and presentation skills (portfolio required)
• Solid organizational and project management ability
• Some experience working with influencers or digital talent
• Background or internship experience in an influencer agency, talent agency, or PR agency
• Exposure to events, activations, or brand experiences
• Genuine passion for talent and a desire to grow in talent management
