Job Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Trainee. The Trainee will assist in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. The role also involves supporting hiring strategies and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Ahmedabad.
