Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across India. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing expertise, deep knowledge of the Indian talent market, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across India (tech / non-tech as applicable)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and provide regular hiring reports
- Stay updated on Indian labor laws, hiring trends, and market compensation benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in India
- Strong understanding of Indian talent markets, salary trends, and hiring practices
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
