Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable managing multiple hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various roles across industries.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and updates.
- Assist in job posting, offer management, and onboarding processes, managing data.
Requirements:
- Maximum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
