Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and on boarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, campus hiring, and headhunting).
Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience while actively promoting employer branding.
Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as required.
Manage candidate interview reimbursements, relocation support, and buyout settlements.
Coordinate onboarding activities such as background verification (BGV), pre-employment medical checks, system access, and induction.
Conduct proactive market and job analysis, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders
