The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy execution, and the ability to support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding
  • Handle hiring for leadership, technical, plant, project, and corporate roles
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements

2. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with business heads and functional leaders to understand hiring needs
  • Provide regular hiring updates, progress reports, and market insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies

3. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with business goals
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
  • Support hiring for expansion, scale-up, and new initiatives

4. Process & Governance

  • Strengthen recruitment processes, SOPs, and compliance
  • Ensure positive candidate experience across hiring stages
  • Maintain recruitment data, documentation, and MIS

5. Metrics & Reporting

  • Track key recruitment metrics such as:
  • Time-to-Hire (TAT)
  • Offer-to-Join ratio
  • Critical role closures
  • Cost-per-hire
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership reviews

6. Vendor & Consultant Management

  • Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure cost efficiency
  • Negotiate terms and optimize recruitment spend

7. Team Leadership

  • Lead and guide the TA team to deliver hiring targets
  • Set performance goals and review recruiter effectiveness
  • Build sourcing and assessment capability within the team
