Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

  • Talent Acquisition Support:
  • Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates for frontline retail stores. Conduct initial screenings to assess fit for store-level positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and store managers.
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintain budgeted vs. actual manpower tracker, new store opening manpower tracker, and floater manpower tracker; update candidate status regularly for transparency.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with local institutes, training centres, and community networks to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Immediate Hiring Needs: Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements in stores, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Onboarding & Induction:
  • Collect new joinee documentation, process onboarding in HROne, and adhere to compliance documentation.
  • Explain HROne usage to new joinees on day one.
  • HR Operations:
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Prepare induction training schedules and administer training completion tests.
