Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

Talent Acquisition Support:
Sourcing & Screening: Actively source candidates for frontline retail stores. Conduct initial screenings to assess fit for store-level positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and store managers.
Candidate Database Management: Maintain budgeted vs. actual manpower tracker, new store opening manpower tracker, and floater manpower tracker; update candidate status regularly for transparency.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with local institutes, training centres, and community networks to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Immediate Hiring Needs: Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements in stores, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Onboarding & Induction:
Collect new joinee documentation, process onboarding in HROne, and adhere to compliance documentation.
Explain HROne usage to new joinees on day one.
HR Operations:
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management processes.
Learning & Development:
Prepare induction training schedules and administer training completion tests.
