Supervisor - Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Diagnose mechanical faults efficiently and ensure timely resolution to minimize production downtime.
• Develop and implement structured preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and operational continuity.
• Coordinate closely with the Production team to plan maintenance activities without impacting output targets.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, ensure proper task allocation, and maintain discipline within the maintenance team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance with factory regulations during all maintenance activities.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
