About the Job

This role combines counseling, office management, sales, and coordination.

You will represent AdmissionLabs in India, manage the Nashik Experience Center, and work closely with our Germany HQ to ensure a seamless student journey from inquiry to enrollment.

Role Description

• Provide personalized counseling to students and parents for admissions to German public universities
• Evaluate academic profiles and guide students on eligibility, program selection, and career planning
• Assist with university applications, visa documentation, and accommodation support
• Manage daily operations of the Nashik Experience Center, including front desk, walk-ins, and CRM updates
• Follow up on leads from digital channels, seminars, and referrals to drive student registrations
• Coordinate with Germany HQ to ensure smooth student progress and timely communication
• Represent AdmissionLabs in local seminars, college events, and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Strong professional presence and confidence in front‑desk interactions
• Experience in counseling, customer-facing roles, or sales
• High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Good to Have

• Experience in study abroad or education consulting
• Office or center management experience
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems
• Experience in startups or fast-scaling environments
