About The Role

We’re raising and we need a networked, credible operator who can open doors.

This is not an Account Executive role. You will not be closing SaaS deals. You will be working directly with the founder to identify, connect with, and build sustained relationships with corporate partners and/or investors (VCs, family offices, strategic angels, and institutional capital) who need to understand what enterprise AI governance means and why now is the moment.

You will own the relationship layer of our capital-raising motion. Your network is your primary asset. Your ability to translate a complex technical narrative into a clear investment thesis is what will make you exceptional in this role.

THIS ROLE FOCUSES ON

  • Mapping and activating your existing corporate partner and/or investor network: C-Level decision makers within B2B Enterprises, VCs, angels, family offices, and strategic capital, to generate qualified investor conversations for the founding team
  • Owning outreach and relationship progression across the full investor engagement cycle, from first touch to partner meeting
  • Maintaining a clean, accurate CRM record of potential partner interactions, pipeline status, and follow-up commitments
  • Briefing the founder ahead of investor meetings, context, background, known objections, relationship history
  • Coordinating investor materials: ensuring pitch decks, data rooms, and one-pagers are current and compelling
  • Attending industry events, dinners, and forums where capital and founders intersect, representing the company with credibility
  • Feeding market intelligence back to the team: what investors are asking, what objections are recurring, where the narrative needs sharpening
  • Building long-term relationships even with investors who are not ready to move, nurturing pipeline across a 6-18 month horizon


What This Role Is Not

  • This is not a cold outreach dialing role
  • This is not a marketing or events coordination position
  • This is not a back-office IR role focused on reporting to existing shareholders
  • This is not the right seat if your network lives primarily in sales or revenue functions


What You Bring

  • 3-7 years of experience in roles where your network and relationship capital drove outcomes consulting, investment banking, venture capital, strategic partnerships, or Enterprise Sales within a funded startup
  • A warm, credible network, you can name them, and they will take your call
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: early-stage means the playbook is being written, and you help write it
  • Strong communicator with the ability to represent a complex technical product clearly and confidently without relying on jargon
  • Disciplined follow-through: investors notice when people fall off, and you never let a thread go cold without intention
  • Coachable and collaborative, you work with the founder, not around them
  • Experience in fintech, enterprise software, AI/ML, or deep tech is a genuine advantage
