Primary Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager (Enterprise Sales)

Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner lifecycle for enterprise accounts—prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close strategic alliances that drive recurring revenue.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline by engaging senior stakeholders (CHRO, L&D, Engineering leaders) and aligning partnerships to client learning and hiring objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring, ensuring favourable terms for long-term enterprise engagements and scalable partner programs.
- Design and operationalise channel and co-selling motions with recruitment partners, consultancies, and HR technology vendors to increase deal velocity and ARR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Legal, and Customer Success to define partner enablement, onboarding, and success metrics.
- Track performance against revenue targets, maintain CRM hygiene, and produce executive-ready reporting to inform GTM strategy.
