About the Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to build and lead our finance function — someone who blends analytical depth with business acumen. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to drive financial planning, capital strategy, and business decision-making across functions.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth startup environments and enjoys turning numbers into strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across business units.
• Own company-wide P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet management.
• Develop data-driven insights and financial models to guide strategic decisions.
• Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor reporting, and capital allocation.
• Establish scalable finance processes, internal controls, and compliance systems.
• Evaluate business performance metrics and track ROI across initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and growth teams to align financial and strategic goals.
• Work with external auditors, legal, and banking partners to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, preferably across startups or high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS/GTM economics (if applicable).
• Experience managing fundraising or investor relations is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
