Job Description
Kinetic is in partnership with multinational company who's looking to hire for Strategic Account Manager based in Jeddah, KSA.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts. The position requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in the Western Region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to deliver integrated account strategies.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and commercial discussions aligned with company objectives and compliance standards.
- Drive business growth through effective stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Experience in account planning and cross-functional collaboration.
