JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager & Business Development to manage our gifting merchandise store and drive growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory control, billing, team coordination, and business development.
KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Management
Oversee the daily operations of the store
Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store
Inventory Management
Monitor and manage stock levels
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
Billing and Reporting
Handle billing processes and maintain accurate records
Generate sales and inventory reports
Track store performance metrics and suggest improvements
Display of Products
Ensure appealing and strategic display of corporate gifting items
Update displays as per season, demand, or marketing campaigns
Maintain aesthetic standards and promote new arrivals
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase store sales and revenue.
Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and potential partners.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand product offerings and improve customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 to 5 Years of Proven working experience as a Store Operations, business development, or a relevant one.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information. • Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
- CTC: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
