Store Manager - Mysore

JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager & Business Development to manage our gifting merchandise store and drive growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory control, billing, team coordination, and business development.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Store Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
  

• Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities
  

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store
  

Inventory Management

• Monitor and manage stock levels
  

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
  

• Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment
  

Billing and Reporting

• Handle billing processes and maintain accurate records
  

• Generate sales and inventory reports
  

• Track store performance metrics and suggest improvements
  

Display of Products

• Ensure appealing and strategic display of corporate gifting items
  

• Update displays as per season, demand, or marketing campaigns
  

• Maintain aesthetic standards and promote new arrivals
  

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase store sales and revenue.
  

• Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
  

• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and potential partners.
  

• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand product offerings and improve customer experience.
  

  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  

• 3 to 5 Years of Proven working experience as a Store Operations, business development, or a relevant one.
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  

• Respond with a sense of urgency and deal with confidential information. • Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
