Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Store Management:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods
- Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum inventory levels
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety practices in the store
- Maintain inventory registers / ERP / Excel records
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries
- Ensure procurement is done as per quality, cost, and delivery timelines
- Maintain vendor records and evaluate vendor performance
- Follow company procurement policies and approval processes
Administrative & Coordination Duties:
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and accounts teams
- Handle factory-related administrative work and documentation
- Manage inward and outward material movement and gate records
- Assist in audits and compliance-related documentation
