Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Maths and Physics Facilitator. The facilitator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, conducting hands-on STEM activities, guiding students through mathematical and scientific principles, and fostering an interactive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, coordinating experiments, and evaluating student progress to help them achieve their learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mathematics and Physics concepts, with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics.
• Experience in teaching, creating educational materials, or facilitating workshops for students in a STEM-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in conducting experiments, using laboratory equipment, and promoting hands-on learning.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for fostering innovation and curiosity in students.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification or a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and staff to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Previous experience or knowledge in STEM labs, educational technology, or curriculum design is advantageous.
