About the Opportunity We're partnering with a leading global e-commerce company to find an exceptional SRE & DevOps Engineer with strong Node.js and UI development expertise. Join their AI Platform Team and build the developer-facing tools and infrastructure that empower researchers and data scientists worldwide. In this unique role, you'll bridge backend services with interactive UI components, creating seamless ML workflow experiences while ensuring platform reliability and automation at scale. What You'll Do Platform Operations & Development Support next-generation AI architecture for research and engineering teams Build and maintain developer productivity tools integrating backend services with interactive UIs Partner with vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure security and 99.999% service availability Diagnose and resolve production issues, including performance and functional challenges Provide technical support to internal customers and create comprehensive documentation DevOps & Automation Design and implement zero-downtime monitoring for highly available services Build CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and configuration of AI platforms Identify automation opportunities to streamline problem management and enhance developer workflows Develop operational standards for tools, versioning, source control, and deployment practices Developer Experience Integrate backend ML services with Jupyter notebooks and interactive UI components Enhance ML workflow usability and developer productivity tools Conduct customer training and generate insights reports on technical issues Drive continuous improvement through automation, domain expertise, and knowledge sharing What You Bring Required Expertise Should have 5+ years of experience.
