Job Description

Achieve set targets / business plan
CRM and Customer Retention- Ensure implementation RBML processes.
Operations and marketing
Assist Channel Partners in obtaining statutory licenses, approvals etc.
To ensure that all RBML assets are maintained properly and resolve issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Acquiring new customers
Network Development # Conduct field visits and market assessment surveys, identify potential sites for setting up new sites, Identify and propose prospects for appointment as channel partners (Dealers / Operators / Transconnect Center / Plaza franchisees etc).
Document maintenance, data analysis, and MIS release to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations
Updating Channel partners profile and analyzing their performance/attrition trends
Maintaining and updating all channel-related documents
Legal coordination
Support legal on arbitration and other legal proceedings
Propose and implement - Demand Generation activities.
Conduct regular audits as per defined process
To follow up with all stakeholders for closure of deviations.
Facilitate training of channel partner staff.
Safety & Environment
To ensure that all locations & jobs carried out are safety compliant without any exception as per Company's policy.
