Sr. Supervisor, Facility Management

Role And Key Responsibilities

The Responsible for data management, financial tracking, reporting, and reconciliation for Facilities and Employee Transport operations.

Ensure accurate dashboards, cost control, invoice validation, budget tracking, and forecast vs actual analysis to support operational and financial decision-making.

Finance Management in supporting Concentrix team towards supplier invoice validation and processing,

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Facilities and Transport.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (vendors, operations, finance).
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability.
• Maintain master data for vendors, routes, assets, invoices, and POs.
• Prepare Daily Operational Dashboards (utilization, trips, headcount, service status).
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly expenses for, Facilities (housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, inventory)
• Maintain Forecast vs Actual Expense Tracker.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost projections.
• Highlight cost overruns, savings, and anomalies.
• Invoice Validation & PO Management
• Prepare weekly performance / KPI reports and maintain performance dashboards.
• Good understanding of operational metrics
• Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Flexibility to work in any shift and on weekends as and when needed
• Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
  
  

Key Skills And Knowledge

• Vendor management skills.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Facilities & Transport cost structures.
• Experience in Forecast vs Actual analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel & PPT (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, advance PPT).
• MIS & reporting tools (Power BI – added advantage)
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good coordination with Operations, Vendors, and Finance teams.
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple reports.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management.
  
  

Educational qualification: Graduation in any discipline
