Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Basics GCP React Angular Springboot Microservices and Java. Experience in Data Governance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and efficiency. The position is based on a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java React Angular and Springboot Microservices to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable cloud-based applications on GCP.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with the team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
Engage in agile development processes to deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.
Support the deployment of applications in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless integration and operation.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in Java React Angular and Springboot Microservices.
Demonstrate proficiency in cloud technologies particularly GCP to build scalable applications.
Experience in data governance is a valuable asset for ensuring data quality and compliance.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
