We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Housekeeper to lead and elevate our housekeeping operations at Pushpam Sanskruti Resort.

This is a leadership role for a professional with extensive experience in reputed resort brands, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to drive excellence in guest experience.

• Lead and manage the entire Housekeeping department
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across rooms and public areas
• Develop and implement SOPs in line with premium resort standards
• Manage manpower planning, rostering, and team productivity
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvement
• Control departmental budgets, inventory, and cost optimization
• Train, mentor, and build a high-performance team

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Housekeeping, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in resort properties / luxury hospitality brands
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, audits, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice
