Job Summary
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data analysis and business insights. The role involves working closely with management, sales, finance, and operations teams to improve business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data, financial reports, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Work with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
- Prepare business forecasts, financial models, and business cases.
- Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with IT and operations teams to implement business solutions.
- Present analysis and reports to senior management.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, or other data tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA preferred
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Business Operations
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business planning
