📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA to manage and maintain enterprise SQL Server environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in database administration, Azure SQL, performance tuning, migrations, and high availability configurations.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation, upgradation, and migration of SQL Server environments
• Perform Backup and Restore operations and ensure database availability
• Manage database user access, roles, and security
• Implement database maintenance plans and job scheduling
• Monitor and perform performance tuning and query optimization
• Install SQL Server patches and service packs
• Configure High Availability solutions (Always On, Clustering, Log Shipping, etc.)
• Perform database migration from On-Premise to Azure
• Manage Azure SQL Server and Azure Managed Instance environments
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell for database administration tasks
Required Skills
• Strong experience in MS SQL Server Administration
• Experience with Azure SQL Server / Azure Managed Instance
• Expertise in performance tuning and database optimization
• Hands-on experience with High Availability configurations
• Experience in database migration and patch management
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation
