Job Description

Responsibilities

Robotic Process Automation
Build and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and optimization solutions for business processes
Assist with the design, development and implementation of bot software. This includes coding, testing, release, and deployment
Participate in UAT activities with end users
Maintain the existing bots and support on enhancements and issues
Assist to manage a team of IT vendors to achieve end results
IT Business Analysis
Support discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate user requirements with regards to RPA needs
Partner with enterprise architects to develop technology enablement business capability roadmaps
Assist to build proposals and business cases
Support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted

systems

Participate in the evaluation and testing of hardware and software platforms
Work closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
IT Project Management
Assist to execute RPA projects as per project management methodologies
Assist to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project

Technical Skill Requirements

Python Application Development
Proficient in Python with extensive hands-on experience.
Familiarity with document processing in Python, including handling Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint files (a valuable asset).
Web Development and Database Management
Expected to function as a full-stack developer.
Strong proficiency in Bootstrap and jQuery for responsive web design.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is essential.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or local equivalent) in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
Minimum experience of 2 -3 years in RPA Bot/Automation Deployments
Familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask for Python development.
Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to sprints and collaborative projects.
Integrity with strong sense of trust and responsibility
Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Experienced with Microsoft Office applications
Strongin reading, written and spoken English
Possess data analytical skills and logical thinking
