What You'll Do

• Technical Representation: Lead technical discovery calls with global clients, translating business needs into robust technical requirements.
• Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end systems, from data ingestion and LLM orchestration to scalable cloud deployments.
• Win the Room: Partner with leadership to create technical proposals, project roadmaps, and rate cards that demonstrate our expertise.
• Lead the Build: Work closely with the development team to ensure the architectural vision is executed with precision.
• The Final Go-To: Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point, debugging complex issues and setting the standard for code quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep Technical Breadth: You have a background in full-stack development and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), with a proven track record in AI/ML solutioning.
• The "Consultant" Mindset: You can explain "vector databases" or "latency trade-offs" to a CEO just as easily as you can to a Senior Developer.
• Experience in Services: You understand the fast-paced nature of an agency/service environment and how to manage multiple client technical stacks simultaneously.
• Leadership Presence: You’ve led teams before, not just by managing tasks, but by setting the technical standard.
• Veteran Status: You have successfully taken an AI product from a prototype to a live, production environment.
