Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
Manage data ingestion from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured, unstructured) into Snowflake.
Optimize data storage, transformations, and performance through partitioning, clustering, and query tuning.
Build and maintain data models (staging, raw, curated layers) for analytics and reporting.
Develop ETL/ELT workflows using SQL, Python, and automation frameworks.
Monitor and troubleshoot Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and Procedures to ensure reliable data flow.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across all pipelines using tools like Sifflet.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and BI teams to deliver insights.
Implement security best practices (role-based access, masking, RBAC) in Snowflake.
Stay updated with Snowflake’s latest features (weekly updates) and apply them to improve efficiency.
Provide L2/L3 support for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and data accuracy.
Document processes, create knowledge-sharing material.
