Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
Deploy and manage applications using AWS services
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Support continuous improvement of development processes and application architecture

Skills Required:

Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java and React
Hands-on knowledge of full-stack development principles and RESTful APIs
Experience with cloud deployment and management using AWS services
Ability to identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize application performance
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with code reviews, version control, and coding standards
Awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
