Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

At least 6+ years experience working in the IT industry.
At least 3-5+ years of experience developing custom applications on Zendesk Platforms and on web technology like Java, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Node.js, React.js, and Vue.js.etc.
Must have a solid understanding of Legacy objects and custom objects v2.
Must have worked on integrations and should have solid understanding on rest API usage and best practices around the same.
Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement.
Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service mentality
