Description

Amazon's International Seller Services (ISS) org is seeking a Software Development Engineer to be part of an engineering team working on innovative products and tools to help Account Managers (AMs). AMs help onboard sellers into Amazon and help them grow their business. We are developing innovative products that leverage generative and agentic AI to transform workflows for AMs. Our aim is to help AMs in every aspect of their daily activities as they help sellers improve selection, grow and expand their business worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

You will be a critical part of a team of software engineers, building AM tools and transformative solutions powered by cloud computing and generative AI. This role offers an opportunity to work at the forefront of agentic AI and distributed systems, building new products and services from the ground up and enhancing existing tools.

A day in the life

In a typical day, you will be working with a team of engineers working on a variety of products ranging from AI Assistant that automates workflows for AMs, creating billing solutions, managing various tasks and automation. You will be working with Products Managers and AMs worldwide to create and execute a roadmap of compelling user experiences. A closer partnership with other engineering teams and applied science team will be very critical. You will be extremely curious about learning and incorporating the latest developments in generative AI to develop products that deliver agentic AI solutions.

About The Team

The team sits in Amazon's International Service Org that creates tools, products and agentic AI solutions for Account Managers worldwide. The products will include a mix of solutions that are common across Sellers in multiple countries and solutions customized for Sellers in each country.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• 3+ years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in a dynamic fast paced environment.
