What you will do:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our core technology stack (React, Node.js, Python for AI/ML, MySQL, GCP/AWS microservices).
• Architect scalable solutions for multi-source data ingestion (APIs, email parsing, document processing, manual uploads) and high-performance dashboards.
• Own product releases end-to-end—usability, optimization, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Design teams to translate financial use-cases into robust, user-friendly platforms.
• Drive code quality through reviews, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing engineering team; foster a culture of ownership, speed, and innovation.
• Manage system reliability, security, and compliance (crucial in fintech).

What We Are Looking For:

• 4 – 5 years of software engineering experience and mentoring junior engineers
• Strong foundations in backend, algorithms, distributed systems, and system design.
• Hands-on expertise with React, Node.js, MySQL, Python (ML/AI).Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Prior experience in fintech, wealthtech, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms is a big plus.
• Proven ability to ship products in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills—able to set vision, align teams, and deliver consistently.

Good to Have

• Experience building data platforms for financial services (portfolio management, risk analytics, CRM, reporting).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in finance/wealthtech.
• Comfort with scaling from 0→1→100: building MVPs, then scaling to enterprise-grade systems.
